Nick spent a decade inside the recruiting orgs of MAANG and EV-tier companies — some of the most demanding hiring environments in the world. He founded AstraPack to bring that same rigor and care to companies that can't afford to hire wrong. Every search runs through him personally.

COO & CMO

Zak leads operations and marketing at AstraPack. Before AstraPack, he ran marketing and operations programs at Universal Studios, Winn-Dixie, and National Geographic events — building the systems that let small teams move like big ones. He keeps the engine running so Nick can focus on the search.
