Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 22, 2026  ·  Last Updated: May 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AstraPack LLC ("AstraPack," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit joinastrapack.com, use the AstraPack web application, install the AstraPack Chrome Extension, or communicate with us. Please read this policy carefully. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

1 Who We Are

AstraPack LLC is a Texas limited liability company providing recruiting, career coaching, and talent consulting services. Our principal place of business is in Texas, and we operate the website joinastrapack.com along with associated digital products, including a web application and a Chrome Extension (the "Extension") designed to assist job seekers in tracking and managing job applications.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Services" means our website, web application, Chrome Extension, and any related communications or offerings.

2 Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration information — name, email address, password, phone number, and any profile details you submit when creating an account.
  • Contact and inquiry information — messages, questions, or information submitted through contact forms, email, or calendar booking tools.
  • Career and professional information — resume data, work history, job preferences, target roles, salary expectations, and other information you voluntarily provide in connection with career coaching or job-tracking features.
  • Payment information — if applicable, billing name, address, and payment method details processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and time zone.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, links clicked, session duration, referral URLs, and navigation paths.
  • Analytics data — aggregated behavioral data collected through tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and application.

C. Information Collected via the Chrome Extension

When you install and use the AstraPack Chrome Extension, the Extension may collect the following data from web pages you visit for the purpose of populating your job application tracker:

  • Job posting data — job title, employer name, job description, location, salary range, application URL, and other content visible on job listing pages you choose to save.
  • Browser interaction data — information about pages you visit on job boards and employer sites when you actively use the Extension to import a listing. The Extension only reads page content when you initiate an action; it does not continuously monitor your browsing activity.

The Extension collects only the data necessary to provide its core job-tracking functionality. It does not collect passwords, payment information, or personal data from pages unrelated to job searching.

D. Information from Third Parties

  • Information from calendar and scheduling services (such as Google Calendar) when you book a discovery call with our team.
  • Publicly available professional information, such as LinkedIn profiles, that you share with us or that we review as part of providing recruiting or coaching services.
  • Referral information if you were directed to us by a partner or referring party.

3 How We Collect Information

We collect information through the following means:

  • Directly from you when you register, fill out forms, book calls, or communicate with us.
  • Automatically through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies when you use our website or application (see Section 7).
  • Through the Chrome Extension when you choose to use its features on supported web pages.
  • From third-party services such as Google Analytics, calendar providers, and payment processors.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate our Services — create and manage your account, enable job-tracking features, facilitate recruiting and coaching engagements, and respond to inquiries.
